Sizes and colours available on the drop down menu and for custom colour embroidery please add a note to your order quoting your order number with colour choices you have.

Each embroidery design is custom embroidered by me so each design will be different and unique, Just how we like it!

Postage is Royal Mail please allow 10 working days for orders to arrive as we all know there can be delays with delivery which is out of my hands, Royal Mail do not class orders as missing until 18 working days so I can't claim or help with missing orders until they class it as missing.

I will always obtain proof of postage and be on hand to check tracking info if your order is taking a while.

Lost orders will only be refunded or remade after 30 days when I have received a refund from Royal Mail as I am only one women and this is a small business to support my family.
